2024 Customer Priority Survey

For more than 130 years, Oshawa Power has made a promise to customers across Oshawa to provide safe, reliable electricity.

As part of our values system, we place a significant weight of our decisions based on the needs of our customers. We value connecting with our consumers and customers regarding how we can adjust and make changes to how we support the City of Oshawa. As we plan to invest in our aging infrastructure, support growth in the community, maintain equipment and keep our fleet and resources in good working order – we want to take the opportunity to hear what is important for you as we invest for the growth and sustainability of Oshawa.
