Disconnection Process

At Oshawa Power, disconnection of service is always our last resort. We adhere to our disconnection process and will never threaten immediate disconnection. View our disconnection process here.

Winter Disconnection Ban

Residential customers cannot be disconnected for non-payment during the winter Disconnection Ban Period from November 15th to April 30th as set out by the OEB.

If you question the authenticity of a communication or the credentials of an individual, please contact Oshawa Power to verify.

Account Information

Always be cautious about sharing your account information with others over the phone, by email, or in person. Your personal and account details should remain private and only be shared with trusted individuals.

Monitor Your Account

Actively managing your account through our MyOshawaPower customer portal will allow you to keep track of your payments and billing, ensuring you know whether your account has fallen into arrears.
