Make bill payments simple and worry-free with Pre-Authorized Payments. Enroll once, and your bill amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month on the due date.

You’ll still receive your monthly statements so you can review your usage, bill amounts, and due dates.

  • Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP) or Budget Billing Plans
  • Telephone or electronic payment
  • Chartered banks, trust companies, and most credit unions
  • Mailed cheque
  • Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
  • Visa or MasterCard Debit
    Please note: A service fee of 1.75% (collected by the payment processor) will be applied to credit card and debit payments.

Budget Billing

Want to simplify your monthly budgeting? Our Budget Billing plan divides your annual electricity costs into 12 equal monthly payments, based on your home’s past energy use. Once a year, we’ll adjust for any difference between your actual and estimated usage.
