New Oshawa Power Account Number Lookup

Oshawa Power has transitioned to a new Customer Information System (CIS) that allows us to better serve our customers. As part of this change, all Oshawa Power customers will now have a new Oshawa Power Account Number.

For customers enrolled in MyOshawaPower, you can still login to your account using your email address and password that you have used previously.

For customers looking to set up a new MyOshawaPower account, your new Account Number will be required for registration.

We have designed this tool to help you find your new Account Number. Simply enter your previous Oshawa Power Account Number and our tool will provide you with your new Account Number to save in your personal records.

The ongoing Canada Post service disruption is impacting mail delivery, including the delivery of your bills.

To access and manage your account, register for MyOshawaPower using your new account number. If you’d like to receive email notifications when bills become available, you can update your preferences to eBilling.

Already signed up for MyOshawaPower? No need to worry, the changes to your account number will not affect your access or billing.
