Getting started with MyOshawaPower

Logging in or signing up for your account.

  1. Visit

  2. If you provided an email during your move-in call, we have pre-registered an account for you and provided a temporary password to get you started

    NOTE: If you have misplaced your temporary password or are unsure if you provided an email address, you can click Forgot your Password? and follow the instructions to reset your password or find out if there is an existing account associated with your email address.

  3. If your account was pre-registered, you should now have access to MyOshawaPower.

  4. If you find no account associated with your email address, use our Contact Us form or call our Customer Service team to register your account.
